Month 10

FOCUS : SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

You are now three quarters of the way through your first year of using KyndHub. Congratulations! This month, the theme to focus on is social responsibility. Social responsibility is worth considering for an organizations as a whole. What impact, good or bad, is your company making on the community? Hopefully, through the use of KyndHub, you have found that you are making more of a positive impact. The communication materials this month talk a little bit about what social responsibility is and how to make a difference.

This month, consider launching another challenge for your company. During the month, host another kindfulness celebration. Use the talking points from months three and six to check in. Let employees give feedback and testimonials about how they are using KyndHub. Host another volunteer event and post pictures or statues on social media platforms.

[Greeting],

Over the last few months, we have focused a lot on how various topics affect us or how we can improve our own lives by positively impacting others. This month, we are going to talk about social responsibility and impact. Social responsibility is “an ethical framework and suggests that an entity, be it an organization or individual, has an obligation to act for the benefit of society at large.”  Social responsibility can take a lot of forms. Already, those who have been active on KyndHub over the last 8 months have used the tool to perform social responsibility. Volunteering is an excellent way to make an impact on the community and we want to thank all those who have participated in the volunteer events each month. Social responsibility is a way for all of us to make a difference in the world, be it as a company or as individuals.

This month’s volunteer opportunity is on [DATE]. Get all the details in KyndHub. We hope that you can make it!
