FOCUS : MENTAL WELLNESS (PT. 1)

Now that we have been over the main features of KyndHub, we have started a solid foundation for the improvement of mental wellness in employees. We want to shift our focus now to maintaining these habits, while looking closing at our mental health and wellness.

This month, begin to engage in a discussion about mental wellness. This is the beginning of a two-part discussion on this subject. Part One, this month, will focus on individual mental health. There are steps you can take to support the mental health of your employees in your company. While it can be difficult to talk to employees about mental health issues, it is important. The email template this month has a few resources that can help conversations in the workplace. Likewise, the links to these resources can be found in the weekly messages this month.

      As part of our journey to create a culture that supports employee wellness, we will also discussing ways that we as a company can support mental wellness. Practicing Kindfulness with KyndHub is a tremendous way to proactively build mental wellness. This is the first of two months where we will focus on mental wellness. 1 in 5 Americans will experience a mental health issue over the course of their life. It’s very normal and very manageable. Even with statistics such as this, it’s important to remember that everyone should pay attention to their mental health and emotions. While not everyone will experience a mental health challenge, we all go through ups and downs in life. It’s good to know what various emotions look like for you and how to deal with them if you need to. In addition, everyone experiences stress. Some stress can be beneficial while too much can lead to bigger problems. Learning how to manage stress is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

      One way to support your mental wellness is by making kindfulness a daily practice. By helping others, we are able to find a sense of purpose in our lives. This is the philosophy behind kindfulness.

One way to support your mental wellness is by making kindfulness a daily practice. By helping others, we are able to find a sense of purpose in our lives. This is the philosophy behind kindfulness.
Focus on self-care. Make sure that you are improving your own mental wellness before anything else. This is the foundation for living a happy, healthy lifestyle.
